If punk didn't exist yet, now would be the time: Everyone is eager for change, upheaval, and rebellion against the status quo; everyone feels an irrepressible desire for that much-vaunted "breath of fresh air." But fortunately, punk already existed, and fashion still thrives on it today. So what will a new movement of change look like? That's not yet clear; it's only just forming, and fashion-wise, too.
